Professional Development
Washington CEEDAR offers a variety of professional development activities for educators in the State of Washington and beyond. Currently, we offer online asynchronous and asynchronous clock hour training for educators. Each professional development activity is developed and delivered by a university professor(s) and or educational stakeholders. Note: Washington CEEDAR is an accredited provider of educator professional development hours in the State of Washington.

Professional Growth Plans
Professional growth plans (PGPs) are job-embedded, self-directed professional development. With a PGP, teachers, administrators, paraeducators, and ESAs set their own goals, align them to certification standards, design an action plan, and collect evidence documenting growth towards achieving their goals.
Endorsements
An endorsement is the specific subject matter or content area listed on your teaching certificate in Washington State. All certificates must have at least one endorsement, and some endorsement areas cannot stand alone.
